Casagrand, the Chennai-based real estate developers, announced the launch of Casagrand Vienna, a new residential landmark in Adyar.

Located on LB Road, the residential community offers 98 premium 3- and 4-bed residences across four towers, complemented by 30 premium lifestyle amenities spread across 1.5 acres, Casagrand Vienna is planned with 70 per cent of the development dedicated to open spaces and nature. It includes two levels of indoor and outdoor club spaces, a 11th-floor clubhouse, and a terrace swimming pool.

The price of the residences start from ₹5.10 crore and go up to ₹10.5 crore, the company said.
